ECIAfrica Doing Business as DAI
Johannesburg, South Africa—Effective November 14th, 2012, ECIAfrica Consulting (Pty) Ltd will do business under the name of its majority owner, DAI. The name change reflects tighter integration between Johannesburg and DAI’s corporate offices worldwide. “ECIAfrica has been an integral part of the DAI network since 1994 and a crucial part of its mission to shape a more livable world, particularly in our own region of Southern Africa,” said Johannesburg-based Managing Director Claudia Manning.

Established in 1994, ECIAfrica has designed and implemented assignments throughout Africa for a variety of clients including government institutions, non-governmental organisations and private sector organizations such as the World Bank Group, the US Agency for International Development, the UK Department for International Development, and a host of government organizations in Southern Africa.
