Our Projects

ECIAfrica has conducted more than 250 short- and long-term assignments in 18 African countries since 1994. Our approach to consulting is based on partnerships, stakeholder involvement, ownership, and sustainability. We always try to come up with practical solutions to complex social, political and economic development problems and aim to achieve measurable results. We avoid overly technical solutions and instead rely on equipping beneficiaries with the tools and technical expertise needed to strengthen government, firms, and institutions at all levels.

Below is an illustrative listing of our current and recent projects. More detailed profiles of current projects can be found via the links on the left.
